Please note that it is illegal to supply misleading, false or fraudulent information to obtain discounted purchases for anything other than resale purposes.

MINIMUMS: An opening order minimum will apply to all wholesale orders. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Company Check or Net 30 terms (as established). First orders must be pre-paid via cc or check. You may place your wholesale order online, by telephone, at a trade show where Cotton Cravings is attending.

CREDIT TERMS FOR CURRENT CLIENTS: Net 30 terms are reserved for regular accounts that currently carry our product line. Net 30 accounts must be backed with a credit card guarantee of payment. The amount due will be charged to your credit card if payment is not received in a timely manner. In the event that the account becomes non-collectable, late fees may be assessed. Accounts past 45 days will be referred to collections. All returned checks will be charged $50 and subsequent orders must be prepaid or credit card.

REORDERS: A minimum amount is required for reorders. Reorders will not be released for shipment until payment has been received for any previous orders.

EXCLUSIVITY: Approval is needed before becoming a Cotton Cravings Wholesaler. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other retailers in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. We require a minimum purchase per quarter to obtain & maintain exclusivity.

CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to info@cottoncravings.com within 48 hours. Cancellations after 48 hours will result in a 20% restocking fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING: Orders will be completed and shipped within 3-4 weeks, depending on order size, season, and number of current orders.  Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. International orders are subject to custom restrictions/shipping requirements and buyer is responsible for all duties and import taxes/fees.  Rush orders are available by special request and may incur additional handling charges for production as well as expedited shipping.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES: If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact Cotton Cravings within five business days of receiving your order. You will be able to exchange for items of equal value.

Cotton Cravings is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
